U型玻璃的發(fā)展歷史
世界上最早生產(chǎn)U型玻璃的國家之一是奧地利,該國的Moosbrunner Glasfubrik公司從1957年開始生產(chǎn)底寬為262mm的U型玻璃,在此前后,比利時(shí)的Glaverbel公司、法國的Saint-Gobuin公司和Boussois公司、英國的皮爾金頓公司、原聯(lián)邦德國的BauglassindustrieAG公司、美國的LOF公司和AFG公司、加拿大PPG工業(yè)公司和日本板硝子也先后建起了U型玻璃生產(chǎn)線。
東歐國家以前蘇聯(lián)為最早,1965年,俄聯(lián)邦的首條U型玻璃生產(chǎn)線在波爾斯克玻璃廠投產(chǎn),年產(chǎn)量為3萬m2。隨后,在鮑爾玻璃廠、紅五月玻璃廠、切爾尼亞金玻璃廠、古雪夫玻璃廠、莫斯利石棉隔熱材料聯(lián)合公司等11家企業(yè)先后建起10多條U型玻璃生產(chǎn)線,到了1975年,前蘇聯(lián)的U型玻璃產(chǎn)量已達(dá)到400萬m2。
前民主德國以及羅馬尼亞、匈牙利、南斯拉夫、葡萄牙等國的U型玻璃生產(chǎn),也大多始于60年代后期。
阿爾及利亞奧蘭玻璃公司一窯雙線的U型玻璃于1992年年底投產(chǎn),開創(chuàng)了非洲U型玻璃生產(chǎn)之先河。
在我國,介紹U型玻璃的資料出現(xiàn)于70年代末期。因?yàn)椴Aa(chǎn)企業(yè)和有關(guān)建筑部門對這種玻璃都十分陌生,所以這種新型建筑玻璃一直沒得到開發(fā),更談不上推廣和應(yīng)用。隨著我國國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的持續(xù)發(fā)展和人民生活水平的不斷提高,在我國建筑和裝飾設(shè)計(jì)部門、生產(chǎn)部門和流通領(lǐng)域等各方面的共同努力下,這種新型建筑玻璃在我國一定能夠得到推廣和應(yīng)用,取得快速的發(fā)展。
One of the first countries in the world to produce u-glass was Austria, where Moosbrunner Glasfubrik began producing u-glass with a width of 262mm in 1957. Glaverbel of Belgium, saint-gobuin and Boussois of France, pilkington company of Britain, BauglassindustrieAG of the former federal Germany, LOF company and AFG company of the United States, PPG industry company of Canada and Japan sheet glass also successively built u-shaped glass production lines.
In 1965, the first u-shaped glass production line of the Russian federation was put into production in polsk glass factory, with an annual output of 30,000 m2. Subsequently, in the ball glass factory, red may glass factory, chernyagin glass factory, gushev glass factory, mosley asbestos insulation materials and other 11 enterprises have built more than 10 U glass production lines, to 1975, the former Soviet union U glass output has reached 4 million m2.
U-glass production in the former GDR, Romania, Hungary, Yugoslavia, Portugal and other countries also began in the late 1960s.
The u-shaped glass of Algerian oran glass company was put into production at the end of 1992, which was the first u-shaped glass production in Africa.
In China, the introduction of u-shaped glass data appeared in the late 1970s. Because glass manufacturers and related construction departments are very unfamiliar with this kind of glass, this new type of architectural glass has not been developed, let alone promoted and applied. With the continuous development of China's national economy and the continuous improvement of people's living standards, with the joint efforts of China's architectural and decorative design departments, production departments and circulation fields, this new type of architectural glass is sure to be popularized and applied in China and achieve rapid development.
